HOW TO BOOK

How to Book Your Commission

1. Get in Contact

If you would like to book a commission of any kind, the very first thing to do is to get in touch! You can contact me via Email, Social Media or Contact Form and we can discuss exactly what it is you are looking for. Why not check out the Testimonials to see previous customers reviews?

2. Select Size and Medium

You then will need to choose what size you would like your drawing to be. Please note that sizes are for paper size, each piece will be mounted to a larger scale, e.g.  8×8 inches drawing will be mounted to 10×10 inches mount.
Click on the Drawing to get a bigger picture of how the sizes work.
A background can be included  for only £30 extra.
(See prices and sizes) for more information.

Its also time to consider, would you like coloured pencil, or graphite? If you would like a painting of any kind, please contact to discuss prices as there will be an additional charge.

3. Select Photo's for your Picture

Once the sizes and medium is chosen, you need to pick out some of your favourite photos. Please make sure your photos are clear and well lit. Poor references are a struggle to work with, so the better the reference photo, the more detail I can capture.  It is also worth thinking about whether the size you have chosen is suited to your photo. If you are unsure of what poses/photos you prefer, please send a few and I can then surprise you with my personal favourite. I can also put different images together if you wanted to create your own memory. I will be here through out the whole process to help with anything you are unsure of.

4. Place your Order and Payment details

Next up is placing your order. A booking fee is required to secure your place. Please note that this is non-refundable once I have started your commission to cover any time and materials.

Remaining Payments can be made in agreed instalments, or the balance can be paid upfront, or upon completion, but your drawing will not be sent until full payment is made. Payments can be made via PayPal, or bank transfer.

Once you have sent the photos and booking fee, you will be placed into a queue. unless you have a specific deadline (we can discuss this upon booking) I aim to complete commissions between 6-8 weeks, but this time frame may vary, especially around Christmas time. I will keep you updated at different points throughout the process, and if desired, I will send progress photos as I go, so you can follow the journey I take.

5. Final check and Send your Picture

On completion I will send a photo of the final product and if approved by yourself, it’s time to wrap, pack and send.

I professionally mount all of my commissions, using acid free mount frames and backs and the protective sleeve is also eco-friendly. I wrap your piece in acid free tissue paper, and decorate with some twine and all your progress photos. If you would like to include a personalised note/message, please just let me know and I will happily add that to your drawing.

Your piece will be sent first class and signed for and I will let you know when it is sent so you know when to expect it.

When your artwork arrives, please let me know and if you are happy, I would be thankful for your review and recommendations. I also absolutely love seeing your work framed, on your walls, or next to your beloved pets, so please let me see them.

Last but not least:
Enjoy your commission! I really hope you can cherish it forever!
